Chocolate muffins

Today the 29/10/2018, me and my good friend made more muffins! the reason we repeat the chocolate muffins is to get better at the different method and styles of making chocolate muffins. 

Ingredients: 
2 Cups of SRF 
1 cup of sugar 
1/2 cup of oil 
1 cup of milk 
1 egg
1/4 cup of cocoa 
Combine all and mix well, scoop into the muffin tray.
Bake 180 for 15 mins 

Ingredients for icing: 
half bottle of cream
1 tablespoon of sugar 
half of lemon juice 
vanilla essence  

french toast

ingredients:

1. 8 pieces of bread
2. 1 egg
3. 1/4 of milk
Optional:

4. 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla
5. 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

Food Tech, Chocolate muffin

Chocolate muffins 

- 2 cups of self raising flower.
- 1 cup of sugars
- 2tsp of cocoa
- 1/2 c of oil
- 1 cup of milk.
- add a egg.

Dry ingredients and wet ingredients are mix in separate bowls, once ingredients are mixed firmly add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix till all of the mixture looks smooth and all the bumps are gone.

Food tech, Fried rice

Today 10PCu cooked fried rice in T9 cooking room,
step 1: Whisk 4 eggs and fry it until its cooked.
step 2: take it out into and place it on top of a chopping board and slice into strips.
step 3: Dice the ham/ bacon
step 4: combine all ingredients (including the rice) and add oyster sauce to your taste.

Chocolate Muffins
Dry Ingredients
  • 2 Cups of Flour
  • ½ Cup of Sugar
  • ¼ cup of Cocoa Powder
Wet  Ingredients
  • ½ cup of oil
  • 1 cup of  milk
  • 1 tsp of vanilla essence
  • 1 egg
Methods:
  • Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl
  • Combine all wet ingredients in one bowl
  • Combine both dry and wet ingredients and mix well
  •  Put muffin holders in the tray
  • Scoop into the muffin tray
  • Bake for 20 minutes in 180 degrees celsius
  • Cool down take a photo of your muffins and post using your blog or google doc.
  • Cleaning after
  • Then Enjoy.
