Chocolate Muffins
Dry Ingredients
- 2 Cups of Flour
- ½ Cup of Sugar
- ¼ cup of Cocoa Powder
Wet Ingredients
- ½ cup of oil
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla essence
- 1 egg
Methods:
- Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl
- Combine all wet ingredients in one bowl
- Combine both dry and wet ingredients and mix well
- Put muffin holders in the tray
- Scoop into the muffin tray
- Bake for 20 minutes in 180 degrees celsius
- Cool down take a photo of your muffins and post using your blog or google doc.
- Cleaning after
- Then Enjoy.
